Dr. William C. Tarr grew up in Menlo Park and attended Oak Knoll and Hillview elementary schools. He then went to St. Francis High School and on to receive his bachelors degree in kinesiology from the University of California at Davis. He was a three year starter as a fullback on the varsity football team. Dr. Tarr received his doctorate from Palmer College of Chiropractic-West in 1992. Dr. Tarr continues his post graduate studies in sports medicine and neurology. Dr. Tarr is an avid snow and water skier, softball player, Little League coach and marathon runner. Dr. Tarr was a treating chiropractor for the U.S. Olympic Track and Field Trials in 1992.

Dr. Alexander J. Wiant grew up in Cupertino, CA where he attended
Lincoln Elementary, Kennedy Jr. High and Monta Vista High school. He
then went to UC Davis where he majored in International Relations and
Russian language. Dr. Wiant had always been interested in chiropractic since he went for the first time because of a shoulder injury in 2001. Over time the interest grew until one day Dr. Wiant decided for certain he was going to pursue a
Chiropractic education. Dr. Wiant graduated from Palmer College of
Chiropractic West in December 2010. Dr. Wiant enjoys being outdoors,
getting exercise, and following world political and economic news.
